We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may email us to receive a refund.
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for any returned items.
- All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom orders may not be returned.
Shipping Rates and Times
$5 shipping anywhere in the United States (free with $100 or more purchase). $40 shipping everywhere else.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for orders to be shipped.
Privacy
We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for your shopping experience. None of the information we get from you will be shared with a third party. All of our payment processing is done through PayPal’s secure server. This means that we will never see any of your credit card information, and you can be sure that your account information will be safe.
Custom Orders Only
Process
Pick a pen style and color. Pick a material type. Send me an email with your selection. I will determine the cost and estimated time frame for delivery and email you back. If the cost and time are acceptable to you, email me back and say so. I will then create a “custom order” item on the website and email the link to you. You can then follow the link to the item, add it to your cart, and check out. Once I get the order confirmation, I will begin work on your pen.
Time
Please allow extra time for custom orders. I may not have the pen or material you want on hand. If I don’t, it will take some time to order and receive those items. If I have to order something, it usually will arrive in one week, but it can take longer.
Price
Each item will be priced differently, so for exact prices please send me an email.
Disclaimer
The pattern on each piece of material is different. Do not expect your pen to look exactly like the material on a different item even if they are the same type of material. Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund.
